Services Provided
WHAT WE DO
Resinous flooring systems, wall coatings, vitrified tile, and the concrete and facility services that go with them. One contractor, one site survey, one accountable scope across Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
HOW WE SCOPE WORK
Most commercial flooring projects arrive as a single request: coat this floor, fix these joints, stripe these aisles. Once we walk the space, the real scope is almost always broader. The slab needs preparation before anything bonds. The joints have to be treated before the coating crosses them. The wall-to-floor cove decides whether the room passes an audit. The striping should go inside the finish rather than on top of it.
When those pieces get bid separately, or bought from separate trades, the sequencing breaks. Preparation gets cut to win the number. Joints get filled after the floor instead of before. The cove detail disappears between the wall quote and the floor quote. Every one of those is a failure we have been called in to correct on somebody else's installation.
We carry all of it in-house so the scope stays whole and one owner stays accountable for the result. Below is what we install and what we service. If your project needs one line item, we will quote one line item. If it needs six, we will tell you that before you find out the hard way.

FLOORING SYSTEMS
We are not locked into a single manufacturer or a single chemistry. We work with Sherwin-Williams, Sika, Tnemec, Florock, Dur-A-Flex, and ResTek, and we recommend the system your environment calls for.
THERMAL SHOCK AND WASHDOWN
Cementitious urethane for breweries, commercial kitchens, food processing, and any floor facing hot washdown, steam, and freeze-thaw cycling. Handles the thermal shock that destroys standard epoxy.
Best for: breweries, kitchens, dairy, meat and pet food processing, and wet areas.
APPEARANCE PLUS DURABILITY
Flake broadcast, quartz broadcast, and metallic epoxy for taprooms, showrooms, retail, lobbies, locker rooms, and clinical spaces. Specified around the traffic in the room, not around the sample board.
Best for: customer-facing spaces that still take real daily use.
AGGRESSIVE CHEMISTRY
Novolac epoxy, vinyl ester, and containment detailing for plating lines, battery rooms, laboratories, and secondary containment. Specified against your actual chemistry, concentrations, and temperatures rather than a brochure claim.
LONGEST SERVICE LIFE
Fully vitrified industrial ceramic and clinker tile with chemical resistant grout for breweries, food processing, and severe washdown floors. Outlasts every resinous system available where the environment is genuinely brutal.
CONCRETE AND FACILITY SERVICES
These are scoped as standalone services or folded into a larger project. Either way we price them as a facility program with a recommended interval, not as one-off callouts:
If your building needs three of these and not the fourth, we will say so. Selling you work you do not need is how a contractor gets one project instead of a relationship.
SCHEDULING AROUND YOUR OPERATION
Every service on this page can be sequenced around a running operation. The question is never whether we can work around you, it is which approach costs you least.
APPROACH 1
We isolate one room, bay, aisle, or containment cell at a time so the rest of the building keeps running. Slower overall and almost always the cheapest option once lost production is counted.
APPROACH 2
Preparation, joint work, sealing, striping, and deep cleaning all fit into nights and weekends. Tell us your slow window and we build the crew plan around it.
APPROACH 3
Planned maintenance shutdowns and holiday closures are the cleanest way to run a large multi-service scope. Give us your turnaround calendar early and we will staff to it.
HOW WE WORK
Michael Groff and Colby Coda built this company on a simple commitment: one of us walks your facility before anything is recommended or priced. Not a sales rep, not a junior estimator. We assess the slab, the moisture, the traffic, the chemistry, and your operational constraints, and then we tell you what the floor actually needs, including the parts we would not sell you.

That is exactly what the site survey is for. Tell us the facility and what the floor is doing, and an owner will walk it and come back with a scope, a sequence, and a real number.
