These terms govern your use of grocollc.com, operated by GroCo LLC ("GroCo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Quotes, estimates, and proposals

This site offers budgetary quotes and site survey requests. Understand what those are:

• A budgetary quote is a preliminary range intended to help you plan. It is based on the limited information available before we walk the floor.
• A site survey is a physical assessment of your slab and facility conditions. Our recommendation may change materially after that survey.
• A proposal is a written, scoped, priced document. It becomes a contract only when signed by both parties, and its terms govern over anything stated on this website.

Pricing, material availability, lead times, and system recommendations change with market conditions, existing slab condition, moisture testing results, and facility access. Nothing on this site locks in a price or a schedule.

2. Technical content is general, not project-specific

This site describes flooring systems, coverage rates, chemical resistance, surface profiles, thicknesses, and installation methods. That content is written for general education about our trade.

Resinous flooring performance depends on conditions we cannot evaluate from a web page — slab moisture vapor emission, pH, contamination history, thermal cycling, chemical exposure, traffic loading, and drainage among them. Do not select a floor system, write a specification, or make a purchasing decision based on this website alone. Ask us to survey the space.

3. Warranty statements

Any warranty reference on this site is a general description. The actual warranty for your project — its length, its coverage, its exclusions, and any manufacturer warranty passed through to you — is defined solely in the signed proposal and contract documents for that project.

4. Project photographs and results

Photographs on this site show real GroCo installations or representative examples of the systems described. Color, flake blend, gloss level, texture, and final appearance vary with lighting, substrate, batch, and installation conditions. Images are not a guarantee of the appearance of your floor. Request physical samples before approving a color or blend.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, graphics, diagrams, system illustrations, page design, and the GroCo name and logo — is owned by GroCo LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own evaluation of a flooring project, including sharing them internally with your team or design professional. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or use this content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission. Manufacturer names and product trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false or misleading information, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts, to interfere with the site's operation, to harvest contact information for solicitation, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party links

We link to manufacturer technical data, industry associations, and other outside resources for your convenience. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroCo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its technical content is complete or current.

This disclaimer applies to the website. It does not limit the warranties GroCo provides in a signed contract for actual flooring work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroCo LLC and its owners, employees, and subcontractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, including lost profits, lost business, or facility downtime. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Again, this limitation applies to the website itself, not to our contractual obligations on a project.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information submitted through this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
